1 Introduction

Welcome to 100uci, an online betting platform operating exclusively for users in Malaysia. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 100uci ("Company", "we", or "the platform").

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 100uci platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using our platform immediately. We advise you to keep a copy of this document for your reference.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use 100uci's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have reached the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are a citizen or permanent resident of Malaysia, or are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted.
• You are not listed on the self-exclusion register of any responsible gambling programme.
• You are registering under your own name and not as a representative or agent of any other party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not prohibited from using online gambling services by any relevant authority.

3 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 100uci platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any existing balance.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. The information required includes:

• Full name as shown on your identity card or passport.
• A valid date of birth.
• An active and reachable email address.
• A valid Malaysian mobile phone number.
• Bank account details for withdrawal purposes.

A KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process will be carried out to confirm your identity before your first withdrawal is processed. You are required to submit a clear and valid copy of your identity card (MyKad) or passport. This process is part of our commitment to security and fraud prevention.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

100uci supports a variety of local payment methods, including interbank transfers (FPX), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other approved digital wallets. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though deposits above a certain amount may require additional verification. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request. All withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 working hours, subject to the completion of security checks. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same member's name.

• Every withdrawal will undergo standard security checks to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification beforehand.
• 100uci reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending further investigation if suspicious activity is detected.
• Any fees charged by the bank or digital wallet provider are the member's responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

100uci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and exclusive loyalty member promotions. All bonuses are subject to specified wagering (rollover) requirements.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by members who meet the eligibility requirements specified for each promotion.
• The wagering requirement (rollover) for each bonus is as specified on the relevant promotions page.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash until the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and closure of the accounts involved.
• 100uci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion without prior notice.
• In the event of any discrepancy between translated promotional content, the original version of the terms shall prevail.

6 Wagering Rules

All betting activity on the 100uci platform is subject to the game rules set by the respective game providers as well as our platform's general guidelines. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing any bets.

• All game results are final once processed by the system. No appeals may be made against valid results.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, 100uci will settle bets based on the available system records.
• Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in winnings being voided and the account being closed.
• The use of bots, automated software, or any unauthorised tools is a serious violation of these terms.
• 100uci reserves the right to void any bets accepted in error due to technical faults or pricing mistakes.

7 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password secure. Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.

• Use a strong password containing a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security on your account.
• Contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• 100uci will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat.

Any losses arising from a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials are the member's own responsibility. 100uci is not liable for any unauthorised access resulting from user negligence.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

100uci reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if:

• Proven occurrence of fraud, system manipulation, or illegal activity.
• The member violates any term outlined in this document.
• There is suspicion that the account is being used for money laundering or other criminal activity.
• The member provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Any valid balance will be returned upon completion of a security review, subject to there being no outstanding bonus balance that has not yet met the wagering requirements.

9 Liability Limits

100uci provides this platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure our service runs smoothly at all times, we cannot guarantee the platform will be entirely free from technical disruptions, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

• 100uci is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, system delays, or internet connection failures on the user's end.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform.
• The maximum liability of 100uci to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• 100uci assumes no responsibility for third-party content that may be accessible through our platform.

10 Terms Amendment

100uci reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on our platform.

We will endeavour to notify members of significant changes via email or in-account notifications. However, it is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable terms.

Continued use of the 100uci platform following any amendments is considered your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account by contacting our support team.
